American actress Pamela Anderson suffered a wardrobe malfunction when the English designer Vivienne Westwood in the platform for the final bow at Paris Fashion Week. Anderson does not seem to realize the blunder, but quickly pulled her top back on when she discovered the accidental exposure. Anderson, who is a friend and muse of Westwood known for its outlandish design choice, but she had earlier walked the ramp wearing some of her creations.
